Daily workouts that are about 65-95 minutes. This is a periodized functional strength and conditioning program, designed for the job demands of police officers and SWAT members

We have taken bits and peices from world renouned body building to help build muscle and figured out a way to combine all of this into one program that doesn't burn you out, plateau you or bore you.
