This program requires equipment equivalent to a well-equipped home gym or a full gym, including barbells and plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, cardio machines (such as Echo bikes, Assault bikes, stationary bikes, rowers), squat racks, plyometric boxes, and benches, sleds and sandbags. 

ABOUT THE OPERATOR TRACK:

The Operator Track is designed for elite patrol officers and members of specialized units such as SWAT and K9 teams. This track builds the strength, endurance, and mental resilience needed to excel in high-stress, high-intensity environments. It mirrors the Officer Track but with increased intensity and training volume to meet the demands of advanced tactical athletes. The program incorporates tactical fitness, functional movements, and periodized training to enhance job performance, improve physical capabilities, and reduce injury risk. Tailored specifically for elite operators, this track prepares you to perform at your best, both on and off duty.

ABOUT THE OFFICER TRACK:

The Officer Track is designed for patrol officers looking to improve overall fitness and go beyond the standard physical requirements. This track focuses on building strength, endurance, and functional fitness to enhance job performance and overall health. It mirrors the Operator Track but is tailored to meet the needs of law enforcement officers, with a balanced approach to training intensity and volume. The program emphasizes building a well-rounded, resilient physique while preparing you to handle the physical demands of everyday duties. Whether you’re aiming to exceed fitness standards or simply improve your overall performance, the Officer Track will help you become stronger, faster, and more capable.

ABOUT THE CADET TRACK:

The Cadet Track is designed for officers who are returning to fitness or need to rebuild their strength and endurance. This on-ramp track provides a gradual, structured approach to getting back in shape, with a focus on building foundational strength, improving cardiovascular fitness, and increasing overall mobility. The Cadet Track offers a balanced training program that combines functional movements with progressive intensity, ensuring that officers can safely and effectively improve their fitness level.
