RELIC GUARDIAN

Periodized training program designed for police officers and SWAT operators. This program will get you physically and mentally prepared for the demands of the  job. This is designed for all levels.

FUNCTIONAL BODY BUILDING

Program designed to build muscle by combining traditional bodybuilding techniques with functional movement. It promotes overall physical fitness and efficient muscle growth. This program focuses on building a well-rounded physique while improving performance and reducing injury risk

Relic Sixty, Barbell,  Deadlifts, women who workout, CrossFit, garage gym, online workout programs

RELIC SIXTY

60 minutes in and out of the gym functional training plan. This is structured like a 60 minute fitness class. It is recommended that you have about 3-6 months experience doing group Crossfit classes or function fitness. However scaling options available.

RELIC PRIMALIST

This program is about the basics and requires minimal equipment with a NO equipment options everyday. RELIC Primalist is a short 30-45 minute workout consisting of a warm-up, WOD, cool-down. This program is for all levels.
