FAQ

  • I'm not sure which program is best for me?
    All of our programs have a section on "who this program is for" with detailed information. If you still aren't certain, no worries, email us at Info@relicathlete.com and we would love to go over your options with you to help you select the program that best suits your needs.
  • How do I get my monthly programs?
    Once you have subscribed to a program, whether that be one of our monthly subscriptions or yearly, we will send over an email with instructions and links on how to download the APP and get access. Please be sure to use the same email you used to subscribe to the monthly program as you do for the Fitr App. Once your Fitr account is created log in. You will then be sent an email for each individual program that is associated with your subscription. You'll click the link and you will immediately gain access.   • What equipment do I need?
    1. Relic Guardian: Equipment needs: Equivalent to a well-fitted home gym or actual gym with (barbells & plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, cardio machines (echo bikes/assault bikes, stationary bikes, rowers, ski ergs), squat racks, box, bench. This program is heavy on sandbag work and also sled work, so these are highly recommended but with all programmed workout we offer some scaling/substitution options. 2. Relic Sixty: Equipment needs: You will need access to a fully equip functional fitness gym or garage gym with barbells, medicine balls, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines (rower, bike, echo and/or assault bike), boxes, pull up bar and speed ropes/ jump rope ​ Other equipment you may need but substitutions available: GHD Machine, Sandbags, resistance bands, sled, rope for rope climbs 3. Relic Primalist: Equipment needs: This is the basics, so a home gym starter kit consisting of (Cardio maching (echo/assault bike, or rower) dumbbells, kettlebells, pull up bars is all that is required. Most gyms with a functional gym section will have all the equipment you will need. However, with this track we have a no equipment version of every WOD (Workout of the day) that will require at most a pull-up bar depending on the workout. 4. Relic Fortitude: Equipment needs: You will need access to a fully equip functional fitness gym or garage gym with barbells & plates, dumbbells, kettlebells, pull-up bars, cardio machines (echo bikes/assault bikes, stationary bikes, rowers, ski ergs), squat racks, bench, sandbags, sleds, boxes 20"-48" options.
  • How many workouts do I have access to at once?
    Relic Athlete programs are on a 7-day rolling basis with new weekly workouts added every Sunday. This includes 5 full training days, one active recovery day and one full rest day.
  • Does the program include coaching notes or videos?
    Yes, each program offers notes and tips with video on select workouts.
  • Will I be able to connect with the Relic Athlete team and community?
    Yes, when you join Relic Athlete, you're not just signing up for a workout program; you're becoming part of a vibrant, supportive community. You will have access to coaches and the entire relic community through Fitr. On there we will celebrate victories, overcome challenges, and motivate each other to strive for our best.
  • How can I track my workouts?
    Through Fitr App.
  • I'm having an issue with the Fitr app

  • I'm having issues with with the website

  • How do I update my payment info?
    This is done by logging into your profile on the website, go to your profile ------> subscriptions -----> update payment method.
  • How do I cancel my subscription?
    You can cancel at any time by logging into your profile on the website, go to your profile ------> subscriptions -----> click on cancel subscription at the bottom of page. Canceling doesn't refund you automatically so please review our terms and conditions for refund policy.
  • Refund
    Once payment is received, you are paid up for that month so if you cancel you will still have access to the full months training. Refunds are reviewed on case by case. If you are seeking a refund please reach out to us at info@relicathlete.com we're happy to go over your options with you.
